Orders are processed once payment has been received and cleared.

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please note that Gem Nomads does not charge VAT on purchases. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be applied by their local authorities.

For bespoke jewellery, custom orders, ring resizing, or special gemstone sourcing, estimated lead times will be communicated directly to the customer prior to production.
